Natural Creamy Peanut Butter
Mix equal parts of vinegar, peanut butter and teriyaki sauce in a blender over medium. Add approximately 1 TBS of honey per every cup of vinegar, peanut butter, teriyaki mixture. Adjust portions if you prefer a sweeter, saltier or tangier dressing.
Ben and I love this simple salad dressing recipe, just toss with greens (baby spinach or a nice spring mix works well), sprouts, broccoli, and about 4 oz. of chicken breast for a healthy lunch or light dinner!
